Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORU HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koru Healthcare Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship upon written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
